What your Price Includes
Every Immediate and Schedule booking includes:
- Driver
- Vehicle
- Fuel
- Loading & Unloading – free on Business Account, a paid add-on otherwise
- Special Help (by Driver) – free on Business Account for medium vehicles, a paid add-on otherwise
- Free waiting time – at every location
Your driver loads at your pickup location and unloads at each destination, within 15 metres of the vehicle.
- Business Account Customers: free, included in your price.
- Other Customers: a paid add-on – select Loading & Unloading at Step 2.
Not available on Fuso or Tronton.

For anything Loading & Unloading doesn’t cover:
- Items going further than 15 metres from the vehicle
- Items going up or down stairs
- Other special handling your delivery needs
Who pays:
- Business Account Customers: free on medium vehicles. There’s a fee on small vehicles.
- Other Customers: a paid add-on on all small and medium vehicles.
Not available on Fuso or Tronton.
Where it’s free for you, it’s already switched on. Where there’s a fee, add it at Step 2 of your booking.
Other Customers: you’ll need to select Loading & Unloading as well as Special Help (by Driver) at Step 2. Special Help can’t be booked on its own.

Every booking includes free waiting time while your goods are loaded and unloaded. Most vehicles get 1 hour at each stop. Larger trucks get a longer allowance shared across the whole booking.
Waiting time starts when your driver arrives, and stops when your signature is uploaded.

Tolls and parking reimbursement
These aren’t part of your standard price. Activate them at Step 2 of your booking, and your driver can then claim them back from you:
- Tolls between your pickup location and your final destination
- Parking at your pickup location and at any destination in your booking
Your driver will show you an original receipt, or upload a photo of one in the app, before you pay.
Tolls on the way to you are not your cost. Drivers pay their own tolls travelling to your pickup location.
Business Account Customers: approve reimbursements straight from the app – you never need cash on hand.
