How long is a Full Day?
- Jabodetabek: 10 hours
- All other areas: 8 hours

Where can you go?
Every destination in a Full Day booking must be within a 50 km radius of your pickup location.
What your price includes
Every Full Day booking includes:
- Driver
- Vehicle
- Fuel
- Delivery anywhere within your service area
- Tolls and parking, up to a set limit
- Loading & Unloading – free on a Business Account, a paid add-on otherwise
- Special Help (by Driver) – free on a Business Account, a paid add-on otherwise
Your driver loads at your pickup location and unloads at each destination, within 15 metres of the vehicle.
- Business Account Customers: free, included in your price.
- Other Customers: a paid add-on – select Loading & Unloading at Step 2.
Not available on Fuso.

For anything Loading & Unloading doesn’t cover:
- Items going further than 15 metres from the vehicle
- Items going up or down stairs
- Other special handling your delivery needs
Who pays:
- Business Account Customers: free, included in your price.
- Other Customers: a paid add-on.
Not available on Fuso.
Where it’s free for you, it’s already switched on. Where there’s a fee, add it at Step 2.
Other Customers: you’ll need to select Loading & Unloading as well as Special Help (by Driver) at Step 2. Special Help can’t be booked on its own.

Your price already covers tolls and parking up to:
- Rp 50,000 per booking on Car and Car XL
- Rp 100,000 per booking on all other vehicles
Above that limit, your driver will ask your approval before claiming the cost back:
- Business Account Customers: approve reimbursements straight from the app – you never need cash on hand.
- Other Customers: pay your driver directly in cash.
