SERVICES

• Pickup is counted as a location, and each destination is also a location. Each of these locations is allotted 1 hour of free wait time for Car – Engkel OR 6 hours per booking for Double Engkel – Double Engkel Long.

• For extra wait time beyond this, you will be charged Rp 20.000 per 30 minutes for Car – Engkel and Rp 30.000 per 30 minutes for Double Engkel – Double Engkel Long.

• For customers who pay cash, extra wait time charges are added to the customer’s cash payment to driver.

• For Business Account Customer, extra wait time charges are itemized in your monthly invoice. 

• In all cases, our 24/7 CS is available to assist you in the explanation and calculation of extra wait time charges. 

For each location in a booking, wait time begins when a driver arrives on location and ends when customer signature is uploaded in our driver app. Please note waiting time will not begin any earlier than the schedule pickup time as shown in your app.

OVERNIGHT WAIT TIME DISCOUNT

• Overnight time period is from 7 PM to 7AM.

• 50% discount applies for wait time incurred during overnight waiting time period.
