Waiting Time Policy
Waiting time is calculated from the driver’s arrival at the booking location (no earlier than the scheduled pickup time) until the customer’s signature is uploaded via the driver app.
Payment:
- Business Accounts: Fees are automatically calculated, shown in booking history, and invoiced bi-weekly.
- Other Customers: Fees are paid directly to the driver in cash.

Rate Details by Vehicle and Time Type
Free waiting time varies by vehicle and booking type, and is applied in one of two ways:
- Per Booking: Free waiting time is shared across all pickup and drop-off locations.
- Per Location: Each pickup and drop-off location has its own separate free waiting time allowance.
Overnight Discount: A 50% discount applies to waiting time between 19:00 and 07:00.
1. Immediate and Scheduled Bookings
Once your free waiting time runs out, you pay for each extra 30 minutes.

2. Fixed Price Route (FPR) Bookings
Once your free waiting time runs out, you pay for each extra 60 minutes.
