How to Prepay

2. Share the proof of transfer with Customer Service through our live chat.

3. We will credit your account within 15 minutes.

How to Check Your Prepay Balance

1. Go to top left menu in the app and select “Wallet”.

2. Your prepay balance and usage will appear in the “Credits Available” section.

How to Withdraw Your Prepay Credits

1. Submit your credit withdrawal request in this link.

2. Deliveree will verify and process your request within 7 business days. 

Remarks:

Credits available for withdrawal are credits from your bank transfer only and exclude other credits from promotional campaigns or refunds.
