Booking Cancellation

Customers can cancel bookings in the app anytime before the driver uploads the signature at the first pickup location without having to contact our CS.

How to Cancel

  1. Click ‘My Bookings’ and find the booking that you want to cancel.
  2. Select ‘Cancel’.
  3. Identify cancellation reason.
  4. Cancellation is successful when the confirmation message box appears. You can recheck the status of your canceled booking in ‘My Bookings’ then select ‘Canceled’.

If you want to cancel after the driver submits the signature at the first pickup location or while the booking is in progress, please contact our CS for assistance.

Cancellation Conditions


No charge will be applied if your booking is canceled within the free cancellation time window.

Cancellation Fee


Cancellation fee will be applied if you make a last-minute cancellation.

How to Pay Cancellation Fee


Business Customers

– The cancellation fee will be added and itemized in your monthly invoice.

Cash Customers

– The cancellation fee will be paid in cash directly to the driver. 

If the cancellation fee isn’t paid, the pending payment will be recorded as settlements in your wallet. Once the next booking is created, the settlements will be included in the booking fee, which will have to be paid directly to Deliveree.

Invoice for Business Program Customers

Business customers with post-payment arrangements will receive the monthly invoice through email titled “Deliveree – Invoice for (Month)” within the 5th day of the next month. The invoice email will include the following details:

  • Invoice with summary of standard fare, extra services, credits or discounts (if any) and amount due
  • Service details in Excel format which includes details of each delivery of the previous month

Deliveree invoice will be issued on a monthly calendar period basis. For example, the invoice sent to customers on the 5th of February will include details of deliveries and expenses between the 1st and 31st of January.

How to Make the Payment and Get the Receipt


1. Make a bank transfer to Deliveree within the date specified on the invoice. The payment amount must be after withholding tax deduction. Customers can check the withholding tax amount on the invoice.

2. Send the proof of payment to Deliveree’s finance department through email to finance.th@deliveree.com

3. Deliveree’s finance department will send the receipt and tax invoice in PDF format through email to customers within 3 working days.

4. If customers wish to get the original receipt and tax invoice, Deliveree’s finance department will send the documents by post to customers within 10 working days.

Withholding Tax Deduction for Regular Customers

Bookings under regular or non-Business Program accounts are paid directly to your drivers, and thus not subject to withholding tax. However, cash receipts under the company’s name are available upon your request.

How to Get the Cash Receipt


  1. Fill out this form.
  2. Deliveree will send the cash receipt in PDF format through email to customers within 3 working days.
  3. If customers wish to get the original cash receipt, Deliveree will send the document by post to customers within 10 working days.

Customers with frequent deliveries are invited to enroll in the Business Program for post payment option and other benefits. Payment for Business Program invoices is subject to applicable withholding tax. See more information and register here.
