Goods Insurance

Deliveree provides insurance protection for your goods during the delivery process. There are two types of insurance you can choose from:

  • Free Insurance, automatically included with every shipment, with a coverage value according to the applicable terms.
  • Paid Insurance, providing additional protection with a higher coverage value to suit your needs.

Both insurance types apply to the risk of loss, damage, or theft of your goods in transit, each subject to its specified limit.

This is one of the great benefits of booking with Deliveree. For every booking, you receive free insurance for goods that are two years old or less. This protects you against loss or damage to your goods according to our policy linked below.

For extra protection, Deliveree provides additional paid insurance from Tokio Marine Indonesia. You can select the coverage value directly in the app, with compensation based on the market value of the goods. Please note, compensation is only provided for damage and loss during the Transportation Time. The claim amount will not exceed the selected coverage value, and a deductible applies according to the policy’s terms.
