How to Delete My Deliveree Account?
To delete your Deliveree account, you can follow these steps:
- Click the button below to access the account deletion page.
Note: Ensure you have read this entire guide first before you proceed with the deletion. - After clicking, you will be redirected to our Webapp. You need to log in to your account.
- Choose or specify your reason for deleting your account.
- Enter your password to confirm the deletion.
- A message will appear confirming that your account has been successfully deleted.
Important Notes
You can’t delete your account if:
- You have ongoing bookings – Please complete all pending bookings before proceeding with account deletion.
- You are the owner of a corporate account – You can contact our CS to transfer ownership of the corporate account.
- You are an admin or you are an employee of a corporate account – You need to request your corporate account administrator to deactivate your access.
- You have pending settlements – Please settle any due payments before deleting your account.
