What items will Deliveree not send?
Deliveree won’t deliver goods that are prohibited by law or unsafe to transport. If your item fits any category below, Deliveree is not suitable for your shipment:
- Illegal goods (prohibited by law): Narcotics/illegal drugs, unauthorized psychotropics, unlawful pornography or other illegal content, and any item banned under Indonesian regulations.
- Weapons, ammunition, and explosives: Firearms, ammunition, weapon parts without lawful permits, fireworks, and explosive materials—anything designed to ignite, detonate, or cause harm.
- Hazardous or flammable materials: Unsecured fuel, solvents/thinner, corrosive liquids, toxic chemicals, hazardous waste, and other dangerous goods that can burn, leak, or contaminate during transport.
- Radioactive materials: Radioactive items in any form or quantity.
- Sharp objects (unprotected): Even if an item is legal, we may refuse it if it’s not safely packaged, especially if it poses a risk of injury to people or damage to vehicles. Examples include unprotected knives/machetes, exposed sharp metal edges, unwrapped broken glass, or anything sharp that isn’t secured in rigid protective packaging.
