Deliveree and its large fleet are committed to meet your Covid-19 protocols. First, we gave you the option to waive signature requirements for a contactless delivery experience. Now, you can require that your driver pass a negative Covid-19 rapid test within 3 days of your pickup date. Only official testing sites will be used.
To elect this option, proceed to Step 2 of the booking process, scroll down to the reimbursement section and select the option titled Covid-19 Rapid Test for a fixed price of Rp130,000. See below for an illustration.
Once you are assigned, your driver will chat with you in our app and send you his proof of negative rapid test as quickly as possible before your pickup time. If you have questions or require support, our CS is on standby to assist 24/7. Chat with us from within our app by clicking the CS icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
For Customers Paying Cash
Your flat fee of Rp130,000 will be included in your booking total as displayed in the app. Please pay your driver via cash in normal course.
For Customers Paying By Invoice
Your flat fee of Rp130,000 will be included in your booking total as displayed in the app. No cash payment is necessary at the time of booking. All booking fees accrue to your invoice. Don’t forget to approve your driver reimbursements within 24 hours of booking completion.
