This toll and parking reimbursement applies to:

• FTL: Immediate, Schedule, and Fixed Price Route Booking
• LCL: D2D Booking

Cash Paying Accounts

• Customers may reimburse drivers for parking and tolls from within the app.
• Only official tolls are recognized from pickup to destinations (no tolls in arriving at pickup).
• Only legitimate parking fees are recognized at the locations listed in your booking.
• Drivers will upload the receipts into the app.
• You may review and dispute any inaccurate or inappropriate charges from within the app within 24 hours of the booking completion.
• Approved toll or parking reimbursements can be paid to drivers with cash or bank transfer.

Business Account Customer

• Business customers may reimburse drivers for parking and tolls from within the app.
• Only official tolls are recognized from pickup to destinations (no tolls in arriving at pickup).
• Only legitimate parking fees are recognized at the locations listed in your booking.
• Drivers will upload the receipts into the app.
• You may review and dispute any inaccurate or inappropriate charges from within the app within 24 hours of the booking completion.
• Approved toll or parking reimbursements are added to your bi-weekly invoice.

IMMEDIATE AND SCHEDULED BOOKING

For both immediate and scheduled bookings, parking and toll fees will be reimbursed by the customer. The reimbursement amount will be based on the receipts uploaded by the driver.

How to Check Toll Price
Check toll prices using Google Maps by following these steps:

1. Open Google Maps.
2. Enter your destination and tap “Directions.”
3. Enter your pickup location.
4. Make sure the driving mode (car icon) is selected.
5. You’ll see the route options. If a route includes tolls, it will show “Toll” and estimated toll prices below the route line.
6. Tap the route to see more details. The toll price will be shown if available.

Refer to the image below for an example. The toll rate for the route below is IDR 86,500.

The estimated toll rates on Google Maps only apply to cars or Class 1 vehicles. Toll rates for other types of vehicles may vary. See the table below to find out the vehicle types and their classes.

FULL DAY BOOKING

The Full Day Booking price includes free parking and tolls up to a limit per vehicle and per location.

*The amounts above and beyond are eligible for reimbursement.
