Business Program Customers


  • Business customers may reimburse drivers for parking and tolls from within the app.
  • Only official tolls are recognized from pickup to destinations (no tolls in arriving at pickup).
  • Only legitimate parking fees are recognized at the locations listed in your booking.
  • Drivers upload receipts according to your arrangement with Deliveree.
  • You may review and dispute any inaccurate or inappropriate charges from within the app within 24 hours of the booking completion.
  • Approved reimbursements are added and itemized in your monthly invoice.

Cash Customers


  • Drivers are required to request advanced permission from customers to use tolls.
  • Drivers are required to request advanced permission from customers to use parking services.
  • For approved tolls and parking, customers may reimburse drivers in cash.
  • Only official tolls are recognized from pickup to destinations (no tolls in arriving at pickup).
  • Only legitimate parking fees are recognized at the locations listed in your booking.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS: HOW TO USE TOLLS AND PARKING REIMBURSEMENT


1. Select Tolls and Parking under Reimbursements section in booking step 2.

2. Review charges and receipts in My Bookings within 24 hours after delivery is completed.
