How to Request for Credit Refund

1. If you receive a delivery price quote lower than Deliveree from other providers, you may fill in this form to request credit refund of the price difference, up to ฿2,000 per booking.
2. Place your delivery booking on the Deliveree application (no need to wait for the refund approval).
3. Credit refund will be topped up in your Deliveree wallet and can be used for your next delivery.

*Terms and Conditions
1. Submitted price quotes must have the same booking details and work requirements such as the vehicle type, pickup and drop-off locations, and extra services.
2. Lowest Price Guarantee campaign applies for Pickup Truck, Box Truck, Chilled Truck, 6-Wheel Truck and 10-Wheel Truck only.
3. All credit refund requests must be submitted with a complete price quote and detail from the provider.
4. Deliveree reserves the right to reject any credit refund requests that are incomplete or cannot be verified.
5. Deliveree will top-up credit refund within 3 working days after a complete information is submitted and your delivery booking is completed.
6. For regular customers, credit refunds will be topped up to your wallet account and for business customers, the credit will be deducted from your next billing automatically.
7. 1 account is eligible for up to ฿3,000 credit refund throughout the campaign.
8. Campaign ends on June 30, 2021.
9. Credits from this campaign are valid until December 31, 2021 and cannot be exchanged for cash.
