Deliveree provides full truckload delivery services. Once your items are picked up, the driver will proceed directly to designated destinations to deliver your items. We recommend planning your pickup and delivery schedule according to the nature of your delivery, including the loading time at the pickup location, unloading time at each stop (in case of multi-drop deliveries), and the overall delivery route. Before placing your booking in the app, you will also see the transit time estimate, which can help you better plan your delivery schedule.
If unexpected circumstances arise, or if there is a special business requirement for the driver to keep items in the vehicle overnight or for longer than 6 hours (but not exceeding 12 hours), an overnight charge will apply.

Guidelines for Extended Storage Time
In case the driver needs to keep items in the vehicle for longer than 12 hours, the following guidelines for an overnight charge and extra wait time will apply.

Service Guidelines
- All items must be packed appropriately and securely.
- All items can be kept in the vehicle for an extended period of time without their condition being deteriorated or damaged.
- For deliveries using chilled trucks and motorcycles, items cannot be kept in the vehicles or with the drivers overnight or for longer than 6 hours.
