Deliveree’s pickup service area covers major provinces across the country for intra-city and nationwide delivery. Customers can also book our vehicle to pick up from a location outside the service area provided that one of the destinations for your delivery is located in the service area.

How to Book


  1. Select vehicle type and pickup time.
  2. For pickup location, input a location that is in Deliveree’s service area. For drop-off location, input a location that is outside service area.
  3. Select extra services and identify contact persons and numbers at pickup and drop-off locations.
  4. Click ‘Confirm Booking’.
  5. Contact our CS with your booking number and indicate that you would like to switch pickup and drop-off locations. Price for your booking won’t be changed.

– Pre-payment by Bank Transfer or Debit or Credit Card Topup is required prior to the scheduled pickup date.

Document Return service is available for all deliveries.

How Document Return Service Works


Document return service is designed to help customers save costs associated with physical document collection in each delivery. Such documents may be a signed proof of delivery, delivery note, shipment order or receipt.

When document return service is chosen, Deliveree will manage document collection and return it to the address you indicate in the app upon booking via postal service or express mail.

Document will be returned to you in approximately 3 business days. If you would like to have document returned within the same day of delivery, please opt to add an extra location to have your driver return to a pickup location immediately after goods delivery is completed.

How to Use Document Return Service

  1. Choose ‘Document Return’ in step 2.
  2. Choose location that requires document handling.
  3. Indicate document recipient’s name, telephone number and address. Please include a full postal address in the ‘Notes to Driver’ field.
  4. Service fee will appear upon clicking ‘Confirm’.

How to Track Document Return Status


  1. Click ‘My Bookings’ and find the booking that you want to track POD status.
  2. Copy and paste the tracking number on Thailand Post or Kerry Express website to track the status.
