Due to the widespread outbreak of COVID-19, the government and private sectors may impose strict measures and regulations that affect your delivery and goods movement. Entry to some provinces or private areas may require a negative COVID-19 test result. You can require your driver to take the COVID-19 test before picking up your goods, and reimburse your driver on actual expenses.

We strongly recommend you to check updated COVID-19 measures and regulations prior to booking placement. See detailed delivery guidelines here.

Remarks: Due to testing availability limitations in many areas, we cannot guarantee that your driver will be able to access the testing as required. Our Customer Service will contact you to discuss an alternative arrangement. 

Plan Before Your Delivery

  • Please check the latest measures and regulations with the sender or recipient(s) before scheduling your vehicle. COVID-19 test result requirements such as test type (RT-PCR or Antigen), medical certificate requirement, and test result period may vary.
  • Under the current circumstances, access to COVID-19 testing may be significantly limited or impossible in some areas.  In case of interprovincial delivery, please confirm the testing availability with the sender or recipient(s) to avoid delivery delay or additional costs such as extra wait time charge or overnight charge.
  • Testing cost and wait time to get a result may widely differ based on test type and testing center. The testing fee can be between 500 to 2,500 Baht per person and it may take from 2 hours to 72 hours to receive the test result.
  • The COVID-19 test fee is an additional expense to be paid fully by the customer.

Business Program Customers

  • Select COVID-19 test reimbursement in the booking that requires your driver to obtain a negative test result.
  • Your driver will upload COVID-19 test receipt in the app.
  • You can review and approve the test fee within 24 hours after booking completion.
  • Approved fee is added and itemized in your monthly invoice under the “Other Reimbursements” section.

Cash Customers

  • Select COVID-19 test reimbursement in the booking that requires your driver to obtain a negative test result.
  • Pay the test fee to your driver in cash.

2. For Business Program customers, review fee and receipt in My Bookings within 24 hours after booking completion.
